Payment Process

All payments made through RAF are securely processed and may be temporarily held within the platform workflow until service completion and verification.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance according to service availability and platform guidelines.

Refund Eligibility

  • Service booking was cancelled before confirmation
  • Service could not be delivered by RAF
  • Duplicate or incorrect payment transaction
  • Verified technical or payment processing issue
  • Refund approved after review by the support team

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed services
  • Incorrect information submitted by users
  • Violation of platform policies
  • Requests outside the eligible refund period

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days depending on the payment provider and banking timelines.
