All payments made through RAF are securely processed and may be temporarily held within the platform workflow until service completion and verification.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance according to service availability and platform guidelines.
Refund Eligibility
- Service booking was cancelled before confirmation
- Service could not be delivered by RAF
- Duplicate or incorrect payment transaction
- Verified technical or payment processing issue
- Refund approved after review by the support team
Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed services
- Incorrect information submitted by users
- Violation of platform policies
- Requests outside the eligible refund period
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days depending on the payment provider and banking timelines.
